Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and local logistics partners, depending on your location and the size of the item.

Shipping Cost
We proudly offer FREE Canada-wide shipping on all orders.
For oversized or custom items, additional delivery fees may apply and will be communicated prior to shipment.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your delivery status in real time.


Return Policy

We want you to love your furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process
1. Email myhornbill@hornbillindustries.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
