Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
• A proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required
• Returns must be approved by our support team before sending back

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance and final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged:
1. Contact us at myhornbill@hornbillindustries.ca within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue
3. Our team will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun.
